Ingredients:
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 200g creamy cheese (e.g. ricotta or feta)
- 10-12 Minos ORGANIC Green Olives with Paprika , marinated in Olive Oil
- 4 tbsp Minos ORGANIC Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Dried tomatoes, chopped
- Fresh basil leaves or thyme
- Black sesame or black cumin (optional, for sprinkling)
- Toasted bread for serving
Preparation:
- Cut the hard-boiled eggs into slices and arrange them on a plate with the cheese.
- Distribute the Minos ORGANIC green olives with peppers and chopped dried tomatoes on the plate.
- Drizzle the whole thing generously with Minos ORGANIC Extra Virgin Olive Oil .
