Ingredients:
- 4 whole grain flatbreads
- 4 fried eggs
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 10-12 Minos ORGANIC Green Olives with Almonds , sliced
- 10-12 Minos ORGANIC Kalamata olives , sliced
- 2 tbsp Minos Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3L canister
- capers and fresh spinach (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
- Black sesame seeds (optional, for sprinkling)
Preparation:
- Lightly toast the whole grain flatbread until crispy.
- Fry the fried eggs in a pan until the yolk remains soft and waxy.
- Place tomato slices, cucumber slices, Minos ORGANIC Green Olives with Almonds and Minos ORGANIC Kalamata Olives on the toasted flatbread.
- Place the fried egg on the vegetables and sprinkle with capers, salt, pepper and black sesame seeds.
- Finally, drizzle generously with Minos Extra Virgin Olive Oil .
