right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. Please note that your orders are automatically sent to our shipping center for expedited delivery and subsequent cancellation after transmission is no longer possible for procedural reasons!


The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us by means of an unambiguous declaration to:

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs - depending on the amount of the order (see below) - (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

You must return the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

Return costs

For orders over 69 euros, we will cover any return costs if you have requested a return order. For orders under 69 euros, we do not cover the return costs. A return order is also necessary here. This regulation also applies to orders that are cancelled after the order has been placed and before shipping, as intervention in the process chain is not possible due to the volume.

Important:

Please contact us to receive a return order and confirmation before you send the goods back to us. Goods or shipments without a return order cannot be accepted or processed. You can create a return order informally using the contact form.

Products that have already been opened (e.g. olive oil or delicatessen items) cannot be returned.
