Ingredients:
- 4 slices of wholemeal bread or sourdough bread
- 200g cream cheese or ricotta
- 2-3 tomatoes, sliced (red and yellow tomatoes)
- Fresh basil leaves
- 10-12 Minos ORGANIC Green Olives with Peppers , sliced
- 2 tbsp Minos ORGANIC Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- Black sesame seeds (optional, for sprinkling)
Preparation:
- Lightly toast the bread slices until crispy and golden brown.
- Spread the cream cheese or ricotta evenly on the slices of bread.
- Place the tomato slices and basil leaves on the cream cheese.
- Spread the Minos ORGANIC green olives with peppers on top.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper and optionally black sesame seeds.
- Drizzle the toasts generously with Minos ORGANIC Extra Virgin Olive Oil .
