Tomato feta salad with shrimp

Our tomato-feta salad with prawns is a harmonious blend of fruity freshness, creamy texture and delicate sea flavors. The sweet and sour notes of the tomatoes, the salty aroma of the feta cheese and the slight spiciness of the peppers form a perfect base on which the tender prawns unfold their unique aroma.

Preparation time: approx. 10-15 minutes
Difficulty level: easy

  1. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into cubes. Then transfer them to a bowl.
  2. Cut the peppers into rings and add them to the tomatoes.
  3. Drain the feta cubes and add them to the bowl.
  4. Wash and chop the parsley and add it to the tomato-feta mixture.
  5. Heat the oil in a pan and quickly fry the prawns.
  6. Mix together the lemon juice, olive oil , salt, pepper and paprika powder, pour over the tomatoes and feta mixture and stir carefully.
  7. Arrange the prawns on the salad.

Baguette or pita bread goes well with it.
