This pizza combines the spicy taste of Minos organic Kalamata olives and Minos mild-spicy peppers , refined with Minos extra virgin olive oil for salads . A perfect choice for Mediterranean flavors and convivial evenings!

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. Place the pizza dough on a baking tray and spread with tomato sauce.
  3. Spread the tomato and pepper slices, Minos ORGANIC Kalamata olives , Minos mild-spicy peppers and chorizo evenly over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle the grated mozzarella on top and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
  6. After baking, drizzle with Minos Extra Virgin Olive Oil for salads and serve immediately.
