- 1 rye roll
- Minos extra virgin olive oil
- 1 grated tomato
- Feta
- fresh oregano
- Sea salt
Preparation:
Preparation time: approx. 10 minutes

- Halve the rye rolls and drizzle the halves with olive oil.
- Then spread the grated tomato on top.
- Crumble about half a feta and spread it on the bread roll halves.
- Season with fresh oregano and sea salt.
