They are a stylish appetizer, whether as a prelude to a delicious dinner or as finger food at parties and birthdays. They also go well with a glass of wine on a cozy evening. With the aromatic olives you will not only surprise your family and friends, but also delight your palate.

Preparation time: approx. 15 minutes

Difficulty level: medium

  1. Drain the olives.
  2. Then coat the olives in breadcrumbs. First coat them in flour and then in egg. Then coat them in breadcrumbs. Then coat them again in egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the olives for about 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. An avocado dip goes well with it.
