This delicious bruschetta with fresh goat's cheese and tomatoes is a popular dish in Greece, perfect as a starter or snack. It is often served at social gatherings and celebrations and goes perfectly with a glass of white wine.

Ingredients for 2 servings:

Preparation time: 20 minutes

  1. Toast the bread slices in a pan until golden brown and crispy.
  2. Rub the toasted bread slices with the cut side of the halved garlic clove.
  3. Spread each slice of bread generously with goat's cheese.
  4. Place the quartered cherry tomatoes in a bowl and mix them with Minos Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil , chopped basil, salt and pepper. Optionally, you can also add the Minos Balsamic Vinegar with Honey .
  5. Spread the tomato mixture evenly over the bread slices.
  6. Serve the bruschetta immediately so that the bread stays crispy.
