Ingredients for 2 people:
- 150 g fresh spinach
- 150 g strawberries, washed and quartered
- 50 g Greek goat cheese, torn into pieces
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- Minos Balsamic Cream
For the dressing:
- 3 tablespoons Minos ORGANIC olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Minos balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Place the fresh spinach in a large salad bowl.
- Spread the strawberries over the spinach.
- Add the chopped mint, walnuts and poppy seeds to the salad.
- Sprinkle the Greek goat cheese evenly over the salad.
- In a small bowl, mix the Minos organic olive oil , the Minos balsamic vinegar and the honey for the dressing. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to ensure the ingredients are well coated.
- Arrange the salad on two plates.
- Optional: You can sprinkle the salad with a pinch of poppy seeds and a few extra mint leaves to garnish it nicely.
