Feta Sandwich

Juicy feta cheese, crunchy cucumbers, Minos organic green olives, sweet cherry tomatoes and crispy iceberg lettuce, combined in a perfect bite.

Ingredients:

      Preparation:

      Preparation time: approx. 10 minutes

      Difficulty level: easy

        1. Slice bread or rolls of your choice.
        2. Cut surfaces with a little Minos extra virgin olive oil wet.
        3. Cut the feta cheese, cucumber and pitted Minos green olives into thin slices, halve the tomatoes. Separate 1-2 leaves of iceberg lettuce from the head and roughly tear them.
        4. Distribute everything on the bun halves.
        5. Pour some Minos balsamic cream over the halves.
        6. Season with salt, pepper and oregano and fold the halves together .
