This delicious and easy tomato ricotta toast recipe combines the freshness of tomatoes and creamy ricotta, perfectly combined with Minos ORGANIC Kalamata olives and refined with Minos Extra Virgin Olive Oil for salads . Perfect as a healthy lunch or light starter.

Preparation:

  1. Lightly toast the bread slices until golden brown and crispy.
  2. Spread the ricotta evenly over the toasted bread slices.
  3. Place the tomato slices on the ricotta and distribute the sliced Minos ORGANIC Kalamata olives on top.
  4. Season with fresh thyme, salt and pepper. Optionally, add black sesame seeds for additional flavor and texture.
