Ingredients:
- 200g breadcrumbs
- 200g flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 jar of Minos ORGANIC olives of your choice (pitted)
- Minos olive oil for frying
Preparation:
Preparation time: approx. 15 minutes
Difficulty level: medium
- Drain the olives.
- Then coat the olives in breadcrumbs. First coat them in flour and then in egg. Then coat them in breadcrumbs. Then coat them again in egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the olives for about 5 to 10 minutes.
- An avocado dip goes well with it.
