Ingredients:
- 200g mixed leaf salad
- 50g Minos ORGANIC Kalamata olives
- 1-2 Minos chili peppers, mild and spicy
- 100g halloumi, grilled and cut into cubes
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 red onion, cut into rings
- 2 radishes, sliced
- 3 tbsp Minos Extra Virgin Olive Oil for salads
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Place the lettuce in a large bowl.
- Add the Minos ORGANIC Kalamata olives , Minos mild-spicy peppers , diced tomatoes, onion rings and radishes to the salad.
- Pour the grilled halloumi over the salad.
- Drizzle the Minos Extra Virgin Olive Oil for Salads and lemon juice over the salad.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve.
