Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200g feta cheese
- 50g panko flour
- 1 egg
- 50g wheat flour
- 4 tbsp Minos extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- Salt to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving

- Cut the cheese into bite-sized cubes and pat them dry with kitchen paper.
- Put the wheat flour in a bowl.
- Crack the egg into a second bowl and whisk lightly.
- Place the panko flour in a third bowl.
- First coat the cheese cubes in the wheat flour, then in the egg and finally in the panko flour so that they are well covered all over.
- Place the cheese cubes on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Mix the Minos extra virgin olive oil with the paprika powder in a small bowl.
- Brush the breaded cheese cubes generously with the oil-paprika mixture.
- Bake the cubes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 9 minutes.
- Turn the cheese cubes over, brush them again with the oil-paprika mixture and bake for another 9 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve the cheese cubes hot with lemon wedges and tzatziki .
