Wonderfully fresh Greek salad that tastes of summer and Mediterranean lightness. Serve it as a refreshing starter or as a light main meal. It goes perfectly with grilled food, fresh country bread or simply on its own.
Ingredients for 2 people:
- 100 g Minos Organic Kalamata Olives without Stone
- 200 g red and yellow cherry tomatoes
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 small red onion
- 200 g feta cheese
- Juice of half a lemon
- Minos Extra Virgin Olive Oil for Salads
- Oregano, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Preparation time: approx. 20 minutes
Difficulty level: easy
- Halve the tomatoes and dice the peppers. Halve the cucumber and cut each half into slices. Cut the red onion into thin strips and put everything in a bowl with the Minos Organic Kalamata pitted olives .
- Crumble the feta cheese with your hands or cut it into cubes and add it to the bowl with the other ingredients.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with dried oregano.
- Add the juice of half a lemon.
- Pour the Minos extra virgin olive oil for salads generously over the salad and mix everything well so that the flavors combine.
Tip: The salad is particularly good if it is left to marinate for a short time.
