Ingredients:
- 200 g blue cheese
- 100 g sour cream
- 100 g cream cheese
- 100 ml Minos BIO – Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 150 ml olive water (juice from the glass with olives)
- ORGANIC Green Olives with Almonds for Decoration
- Fresh bread or salty crackers to serve
- Optional: 100 ml gin (for the alcoholic version)
Preparation:
- Drain the olive water: Pour the olive water out of the glass and collect it.
- Prepare the mixture: In a bowl, beat the blue cheese, sour cream, cream cheese and olive water until creamy. For the alcoholic version, add gin.
- To serve: Serve the cream in cocktail glasses and garnish with green olives .
- Serving: Serve with fresh bread or salty crackers.
