This simple and delicious recipe for pickled peppers combines the mildly spicy heat of Minos peppers with the aromatic taste of garlic and dill, refined with Minos extra virgin olive oil . Perfect as a starter or side dish to grilled dishes.
Ingredients:
- 200g Minos peppers mild-spicy
- 2-3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill or dried dill
- 3 tbsp Minos Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Place the Minos peppers mildly spicy in a serving bowl.
- Sprinkle the finely chopped garlic and dill over the peppers.
- Mix the Minos Extra Virgin Olive Oil with lemon juice, salt and pepper and pour over the peppers.
- Mix well and serve or leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.
