This simple and delicious breakfast recipe combines hard-boiled eggs, creamy cheese and marinated Minos ORGANIC Green Olives , all finished with Minos ORGANIC Extra Virgin Olive Oil . Perfect for a light, Mediterranean breakfast.

  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs into slices and arrange them on a plate with the cheese.
  2. Distribute the Minos ORGANIC green olives with peppers and chopped dried tomatoes on the plate.
