This recipe for stuffed peppers combines the spicy flavor of Minos hot peppers with a creamy cheese filling, refined with Minos extra virgin olive oil for frying . Ideal as a tasty starter or side dish.
Ingredients:
- 6 Minos hot peppers
- 200g feta or goat cheese
- 2 tbsp Minos Extra Virgin Olive Oil for frying
- 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (e.g. thyme, parsley)
- salt and pepper to taste
- Spring onions or chives for tying
Preparation:
- Wash the Minos peppers thoroughly and carefully remove the seeds.
- Crumble the feta or goat cheese and mix with Minos Extra Virgin Olive Oil for frying , herbs, salt and pepper.
- Fill the cheese mixture into the peppers and tie together with spring onions or chives so that the filling does not fall out during baking.
- Bake the stuffed peppers in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes until lightly browned.
- Serve and enjoy.
