Ingredients:
- 1 pizza dough (homemade or purchased)
- 100g Minos ORGANIC Kalamata olives
- 2-3 Minos chili peppers, mild and spicy
- 200g grated mozzarella
- 100g chorizo in slices
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, cut into rings
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp Minos Extra Virgin Olive Oil for salads
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 220°C.
- Place the pizza dough on a baking tray and spread with tomato sauce.
- Spread the tomato and pepper slices, Minos ORGANIC Kalamata olives , Minos mild-spicy peppers and chorizo evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle the grated mozzarella on top and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
- After baking, drizzle with Minos Extra Virgin Olive Oil for salads and serve immediately.
