Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 filo pastry sheets
- 100 g feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons Greek honey
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Minos extra virgin olive oil for frying
- some water to moisten the dough
Preparation:

Preparation time: 20 minutes
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Cut the filo pastry sheets in half so that you have 8 rectangles.
- Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces.
- Place a sheet of filo pastry on a work surface and brush it lightly with water.
- Place a small amount of feta at one end of the dough sheet and gently roll it up by folding the sides inwards and continuing to roll until you have a closed roll.
- Repeat this process with the remaining sheets of dough and the feta.
- Place the filled dough rolls on a baking tray and brush them with Minos extra virgin olive oil for frying .
- Bake the rolls for about 15 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the rolls from the oven and immediately drizzle them with honey.
- Sprinkle the honey feta sticks with black sesame seeds and serve warm.
